How will we locate our driver after the flight arrives?
Your driver will meet you at the information desk inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign with your name written upon it. The airport terminal can be very crowded, therefore if you cannot locate your driver, please contact the information desk and ask them to page the driver. If you still do not find the driver please call Airport Specialist on +44 (0)1730 231479.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a driver waiting for you at no extra cost .
Can your office contact the driver while he is in the airport terminal or driving?
Yes we can contact all drivers, as every driver carries a mobile phone
